Just for
those who may not be up to speed on the citizenship issue. BHO Sr was a Kenyan
citizen at the time and Kenya was under British rule. So there is no transfer
of citizenship from BHO Sr. Stanley Ann Dunham-Obama was 18 years old. The laws
in effect at the time stated that a child to be a natural born citizen the
mother would have had to be a US citizen and lived in US territory for (10)
years and at least (5) of those years after the age of (14) to register Obama
as a "natural born" citizen, she was only 18. Section 301(a)(7) of
the Immigration and Nationality Act of June 27, 1952, 66 Stat. 163, 235, 8
U.S.C. §1401(b), Matter of S-F-and G-, 2 I & N Dec. 182 (B.I.A.) approved
(Att’y Gen. 1944). Obama could only have become a U.S. citizen if naturalized,
and a naturalized citizen is not qualified and/or eligible to run for the
office of President of the United States. U.S. Constitution, Article II,
Section I.
So it really does not matter where he was born. Further more it is my
contention that PEBO is in fact an illegal alien, he is an Indonesian citizen.
